A Young Natural Clairvoyant With Nowhere To Turn

A natural clairvoyant, Eileen’s spiritual and mediumship experiences began with her as a very young child. She saw, heard, and sensed spirits as early as at the age of five. Throughout most of her young life, she had no one to share her experiences with. No one around her understood the world of Spirit and her Christian background left her feeling afraid and alone with her experiences.

Finally, in Eileen’s early twenties, she discovered a Spiritist Interfaith Organization called the Spiritual Science Fellowship. The SSF quickly became her spiritual home due to it’s welcoming interfaith perspective and Spiritualist views. Here Eileen began her journey as a medium with access to an abundance of training from internationally accredited teachers. She has been with the SSF since the first day she attended her first service in Halifax Nova Scotia. Rev. Eileen Casey Gonzalez was fully ordained with the SSF in 2012 having full legal rights as any minister in the province of Nova Scotia, including the privilege of performing marriages.

Mediumship Greatly Enhanced by A Shaman

In 2007 a Cuban Shaman Sr. Jose Angel Pupo Olivarez greatly enhanced Eileen’s Mediumship abilities. He saw her strengths as a clairvoyant psychic medium and gifted her with ceremonies from his traditions of Ifa, Lukumi (sometimes called Ocha), and Palo Mayombe. In December 2012 Eileen continued on her path with Lukimi becoming Oni-Yemaya in Lukimi, in Havana, Cuba. In layman’s terms, this means she became a Lukimi priest, receiving her guardian Orisha Yemaya in a seven-day ceremony. After this, she completed a year of strict religious restraints and practices, many of which she will follow for the rest of her life. This commitment on Eileen’s path has been a perfect fit with her practice as a Spiritualist it has further enhanced and naturally deepened her connection with Spirit. These traditions enrich people's lives with ancient practices involving working with revered ancestors.

Training & Experience Make A Medium

Through the years Eileen has studied with many talented teachers including the late Rev. Fred Cale and Rev. Jeaneane Homstead – founders of the Halifax Spiritual Science Fellowship, and founding president of the SSF, Rev. Dr. Marilyn Rossner PhD. She has also trained with Rev. John White of Lily Dale N.Y., and other gifted psychic, mediums, and teachers including her Godfather in Lukimi Roberto Gonzalez Sousa.

For those with an open mind and willingness to continue to grow, Eileen realizes learning is never completed in a lifetime with any subject. Eileen expresses gratitude at any time to those who have touched her life and have been willing to share. She truly appreciates her mentors and teachers. She also continually looks forward to any opportunity to learn about any topic related to Spiritualism, Mediumship, New Age Thought, and her own sacred religious traditions.

Eileen regularly shared her Gifts Of The Spirit as a Medium at Sunday night services of the SSF HRM for many years and she shared at various other events as a medium and speaker. She works to be the best she can with any spiritual work she does and feels it a privilege and honor to work with the public event. She especially feels it an honor to share as a demonstration medium. Eileen is very grateful to Rev. Dr. Marilyn Rossner, head of the Spiritual Science Fellowship, and Rev. Mikel Lizzaralde, for giving her opportunities to share as a Medium at the IIIHS Conference in Montreal in 2018.

A Passionate Teacher Of Mediumship

After over 20 years of learning and experiences with Spiritualism, Eileen began as a formal teacher. She started by teaching a class on Spiritual Healing teaching then leading SSF HRM Healing Circles. After this, she began teaching Mediumship uncovering another of her passions, teaching. Eileen developed a series of three sets of classes aimed to take an individual as a novice through to a practicing psychic clairvoyant medium. These classes maintained much of the structure of those she took with the Late Rev. Fred Cale, founder of the Halifax Chapter of the SSF. A lot of the information in the classes has been taught by many of Eileen’s esteemed teachers along with her own wealth of information, gathered from years of her own experience and learning.

Eileen will always continue to teach Spiritual Mediumship Development Classes and workshops on related spiritual topics such as Crystals and Spiritual Healing.
