Mediumship Reading Policies
With Booking Any Reading You Agree & Understand
By booking any reading with Eileen Gonzalez you are stating you and have read, understand and agree to the website policies found on this page.
Allotted Appointment Time
All reading appointments are for an alloted time. If a client wishes to go over an allotted Mediumship Reading time for any reason, they may book another appointment. Any reading booking no show without cancelation notice within 24 hours may result in a refusal of any further future booking reqeusts. Eileen Gonzalez reserves the right to refuse any reading booking request without explanation at any time.
Spirit Portrait Drawing Policies
The shipping rate for any Spirit Portrait Drawing is $40 CND. All hand drawn pictures are done in either graphite or charcoal on sketch pad paper an may smudge easily. If readings are in person the picture will be given the an individual, if the reading is over the internet the picture will be photographed and forwarded.
Eileen Gonzalez owns all copy rights of any drawings as a result of her readings and they may not be reproduced without her expressed written consent.

Class Policies
Spiritual Mediumship Development classes work to develop Levels of sensitivity which may be contradictory to some metal health conditions. It is strongly advised that if one is under mental health care within the last 2 years period that they obtain medical clearance from their Health Care Professional prior to beginning any of these classes. Eileen Gonzalez retains the right to refuse any request to attend any of her classes.
Class Refund And Deposit Policies
Class deposits MAY NOT BE REFUNDED if a participant cancels with in one week of the beginning of the class date. Deposits will be refunded due to Health reasons prior to the second class with supporting documentation.
If the instructor deems it fit to request a participant not return to the classes due poor class attendance, or for any reason a participant is found to be disruptive of other class members or the instructor, a refund will NOT BE ISSUED after the second class in an 8 to 10 class series. If the instructor feels these classes may be harmful to a student in any way, the instructor may ask the student to discontinue the class and a prorated refund of the class fees will be provided.
Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm using Canada post as a carrier.
If a tracking # is provided Canada Post your order will be updated with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Canada Post will not have tracking numbers, you will be notified by email when your item has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
The shipping rate for any Spirit Portrait Drawing is $40.
FOR ANY OTHER PRODUCT the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and costs are listed with merchandise descriptions.
Shipping for any products as a result of following a link to the “Amazon” website shall be handled by “Amazon”.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES
Merchandise Returns
Any product purchased as a result of following a link from this website to the “Amazon” website shall be handled by “Amazon”.
FOR ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH www.soultosoulmedium.com.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect within 15 days of purchase. In case of a return, an item must be postmarked within 15 days of the original purchase.
Please email soultosoulmedium@gmail.com to request a refund.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are used, merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All shipping fees are a responsiblity of a customer.
Restocking Fee
All returned merchandise is are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from refunds. No refunds on the original shipping and handling paid on an order are offered.
PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURN, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES ARE OFFERED ON ANY Spiritualist Mediumship READINGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING DRAWINGS, or distant energy healing sessions unless cancelled by Eileen Gonzalez. Eileen Gonzalez retains the right to cancel any appointment at any time. If you are cancelling an appointment a 24 hour notice is required or a service fee of 25% of the suggested donation may be retained.

This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your reqeust. If she has trouble processing any issue with things she’ll use the provided information to contact you.
